Obituary

PATRICIA TYSON, daughter of the late Washington and Willie Mae Weeks was born in Nassawadox, Virginia on October 17, 1947. She was the third of three siblings who all preceded her in death. Patricia moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1955.
The spirit of our love one was called to glory on Thursday, May 9, 2019. Patricia Tyson was educated in the Philadelphia School System.
Patricia joined and was baptized at an early age at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Patricia knew the Lord.
Patricia was joined in matrimony to Charles Tyson, who preceded her in death
Patricia worked diligently as a receptionist at Diary Council in Southampton, Pennsylvania for thirty-five years from, where she retired in 1998.
Patricia had a pleasant attitude and loved socializing with others.
Patricia also loved swimming. Patricia was a kind hearted person who loved spending time with family and friends.
Patricia leaves to mourn cousins, Arlean Dent, Earl Dent and his wife, Della, Evarda Sullivan, Clifford Dent, Linda Dent, Carolyn and Marilyn Dent, Tabitha Morris, Cecil Morris, Darious Morris & Chanais Morris all of Philadelphia, PA; Kenneth Lee and wife Ruth Edwards of Allentown, NJ, Evangeline Byrd and her husband George of Somerset, NJ, Sharon West of Roselle, NJ, Jennie Bracey of Charlotte, NC, Lenwood Smith of New Brunswick, NJ, Earl Mattews Sr. of Freehold, NJ, Antoinette Powell of Freehold, NJ, and Earl Mattew Jr. of Clearwater, FL; a host of relatives and friends.
