WILLIAM ANTHONY FOREMAN, affectionately known as Billy, was born to the late Ethel Dill and William Hackett on April 23, 1944. He departed this life on July 1, 2023 at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania surrounded by family and friends.

The times you drank beer and told lies until the sun came up. The times when he played football at the family reunions. The times that he made Cousin Mary laugh so hard that she called him" Dumb-ass". The times that you Facetimed him and he put the phone to his ear. Cherish those times and those memories because there is not enough room in an obituary to write about an imperfect man who was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin and friend to so many.

He leaves to mourn: his sisters, Adrienne, Sherrie and Renee; brothers, Richard, Anton and William; children, Antoinette, Anthony, Scott, Jeffrey (Scottie) John, Marvin, Lisa, Anthony (yes there are two) and Timyka; cousins, nieces, nephews, and those that called him Pop-Pop, Mr. Bill, Pud, Poppa Woo and O.G. He will be laid to rest for eternity with his wife of 38 years Denise Foreman.
