On March 20, 1971 Tiffney Whitney was born to the late Christine McKnight and Thomas Whitney in Philadelphia Pa..

Tiffney was educated in the Philadelphia Public School system.

Tiffney affectionately know to most as "Murt" or "Smurf", standing 5'2" is one of the most Strongest women you will ever come across. No matter what comes her way Tiffney will always find a reason to Smile, Joke and Laugh. But don't ever cross her cause she can be one tough cookie (lol) .She definitely lived her life to the fullest, enjoying every minute of the day. 2 things Tiffney enjoy a lot was linking up with her brother, John (Bone) and talking to her oldest sister, Nette and niece Kristy on the phone. Tiffney had her own style of dressing, everything had to match from head to toe and she had a love for Baseball caps or hats.

Tiffney Loved, Loved, Loved the "Oldies" and can be caught anywhere singing and dancing. She had this signature dance she called the, "Sha-Lop-Bop*. If there's any kind of family/friend gathering Tiffney sure to pop up and become the life of the party with her dancing and jokes. Everyone that came in contact with Tiffney has a story to tell that will have you in tears laughing.
