Tevin Jay Kemp was born October 20, 1990 to his parents, Crystal and John in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tevin was baptized and raised to accept Jesus Christ. "Now, Israel, hear the decrees and laws I am about to teach you. Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession of the land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, is giving you. Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you." Deuteronomy 4:1-2 Tevin was educated in the Philadelphia Public School System, graduating from West Philadelphia High School. Tevin tried his hand with many ideas that would allow him to flourish in what life was offering him. Recently, Tevin was introduced to Ahmiah, his beautiful daughter. On November 30, 2021, our adoring son, father, brother and friend was taken away from us. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind, his mother, Crystal; his daughter, Ahmiah; his sister, Cherri; his brother, Kelley. He also leaves to cherish his memory, other siblings, grandparents, cousins, and a multiple of brothers friends, and the surrounding communities of 52nd Street.
