Terrance D McNeil was born on January 1,1973 at New York Hospital in  Manhattan, New York to Diane Reed and Hugh McNeil.

Terrance received his education in the New Jersey school district.Terrance was raised as a Jehovah Witness. He enjoyed sports and actively participated in both basketball and football.During high school, he developed an interest in cutting hair. Terrance began cutting hair in New Jersey before becoming widely known in Philadelphia as "Teezy the Barber." Terrance has worked in many different jobs in his life. His  love was cutting hair and cooking.

Terrance was a great sibling and took great care of his brother Michael. He would take his brother everywhere he went and never missed a beat in his brother's life. Terrance loved spending time with his friends,He was a great person to many in need. He had a loving personality, he was best known for cracking jokes, cutting hair and willing to help anyone who needed help out in the community.  On April 28, 2005, Terrance's whole life changed when he became a father to his son Gavin McNeil.

Terrance leaves his legacy and cherished memories to: both parents; Mrs Diane and Mr. Hugh, His son Gavin; and fiance' Shauntae; Aunts; Uncle; Cousins; Godson and individuals who he formed a special bound with throughout his life that he consider them as his "brothers and sisters"
