Ronnie Singletary known to everyone as "Gap" was born to the late Lucinda (Mother) Singletary & Aaron Lewis on January 11, 1959 in Bridgeton, NJ. Gap departed this life on Saturday February 07, 2026.

Gap attended the Philadelphia school system. He worked as a Bus Boy for Father Divines, he was a hack on 52nd known as "Rick" , a barber, and a landscaper

Gap had a passion for boxing, bike riding, and bbq'ing. He was also known for being a self healer to hisself and others.

Gap had a very dominant demeanor, he was very protective of his 2 daughters, wife and grandchildren. Gap loved music, food, old tv shows/movies (Sanford and Son, The Wizard of Oz, and old Bruce Lee flicks. Gap was an avid lottery player, he enjoyed riding his bikes & playing with dogs. Gap was an extremely private being that enjoyed being by hisself or chilling in the room with "Cat Eyes"

Gap was preceded in death by his mother Cindy(Mother)Singletary, and brother Antonio Singletary.

Gap leaves to mourn his younger siblings, two daughters Aronda"Ron-Ron" Hicks and Tynisha Lane, one bonus daughter Whitley Kelly, two son in laws Thaxter Hicks and Kevin Lane, six grandchildren, Jade, Tanner, Logan, Thage, Tayton, and Khaleesi, one great Granddaughter Phynx, wife Sonja Edwards, sister in law Latanja Edwards, and a host of family and friends.
