Reginald Glover was born on July 21, 1948 and passed away on April 12th, 2025. He graduated from John Wanamaker, Jr. High School and Bok High School. He served in the Army and was honorably discharged.

Proceeding his death was his mother Rosemarie Skinner, his father Robert Skinner, brothers John Skinner, Dennis Skinner, and sister Sheila Skinner.

He leaves to mourn his passing, one son Reginald Green, four brothers and two sisters and three sisters-in-law - Robert Sr. Skinner, Robert Skinner, Ronald Skinner, Steven Skinner, Michael Skinner, Elizabeth Skinner Brooks, Sheila Skinner, Jean Skinner, Lois Skinner and Sylvia Skinner. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
