Rachel Tillmon was born in Philadelphia, PA at Temple University Hospital to birth mother, Tina Hines. These were difficult times for Tina.

Rachel struggled with depression. One day the struggle became too much to bear. She leaves behind a great void in so many lives. Most of all, she will be missed by her 4-year-old daughter, Kai.

Kai has a loving father, Zesru Warren. He and his large family will do everything that they can to make sure that Kai is well taken care of. Please keep Kai in your prayers.

Rachel Tillmon is survived by her birth mother, Tina Hines and her children, Freddie and Shirley Tillmon, brothers, David and Joshua Tillmon, uncles, William E. Gary, Jr and Meredith Gary, aunt, Rosanne Johnson, cousins, Kahm, Brian, Lauren, Allyson, Noelle, and Alfred, Jr., and a host of 2nd cousins, other family and friends.

We also want to give a special shout out to Sean and Paige Whitting, Wayne, Nana and Angel.
