LATISHA SMALLWOOD was born to the late Candy J. Smallwood and Kenneth F. Smallwood. She was a strong, powerful and loving, mother, daughter, and sister. There was nothing she loved more than her family, and nothing she adored more than her children. Tisha displayed positivity everywhere she went, you rarely heard her say anything bad about someone.
