Obituary

FRANK WILLIAMS was born on October 8, 1945 in Kingstree South Carolina. He was born to Ella Mae Tisdale and Jeff Williams who preceded him in death. Frank was the third eldest of ten siblings. He received his education in the Kingstree Public School System.

When Frank was in his early twenties, he relocated to Philadelphia, where he met his wife Louise, whom also preceded him in death along with histhree childrenBruce, Jimmy, and Trudy. Ashort timeafter Louise passinghe met Jennie, who became the love of his life. As many know, Frank was a hard worker withA Steert and Son, and later in security at Hahnemann Hospital, until he retired.

Frank loved fishing, watching old western shows, wrestling, football (huge eagles fan), playing card games like pity pat and 2500. While enjoying retirement Frank would catch the bus downtown to go sight seeing at least once a week just to get some exercise and see what he missed the week before. Frank was very well loved by everyone he came across. He was so funny and always had everyone laughing. When he was not out on the town he would be right across the street with his sister Alma, playing cards, drinking coffee and eating whatever sweets they found. Close family and friends called them Bonnie and Clyde, He will forever be remembered as "Country Man" by us all. Frank loved being a father to his daughter Gena, and she held a special place in his heart. On June 12th 2023, Frank entered eternal rest and no longer suffering in pain.

Frank is survived by his life partner Jennie, one daughter Gena, eight siblings Harry (Dorothy), Alma, Lula Mae, Jeff Jr, Richard (Patricia), James, Mary, and Joe. He also had one older sister Margaret, who preceded him in death. Two grandsons James and Frankel, threegreat granddaughtersSelah, Iveyon and Emani, and threegreat grandsons Jeremiah and twin boysMala'ika andNasi'ha.

He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
