CURTIS CESAR AKA Captain Curt, was born August 12th 1957 to the late Mary Cesar and Joseph Cesar in Philadelphia, PA. He was the second oldest of six children. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Cesar; father, Joseph Cesar; and brother, Raymond Cesar. Curtis Cesar joins an eternal rest with the members of his family.

Curtis Cesar received his formal education from the Philadelphia public school system where he received his high school diploma. He worked in environmental services for 47 years.

Curtis was a loving person. He loved to cook, especially his ham hocks and lima beans. Curtis Cesar loved listening to the oldies like Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and his favorite song was Midnight Train to Georgia by Gladys Knight and the Pitts. He also loved him some Mariah Carey. Curtis Cesar also enjoyed watching old movies from the 70's.

He leaves to mourn: his three sisters and one brother, Rebenia, Deborah, Janie and Marcus; three nieces and two nephews, Vetta, Kimberly, Rose, Kareem and Cannon; a host of great nieces and nephews, great-great niece and great- great nephews; other relatives and friends.
