Consuewella
Dotson
Aug 11, 1953 — Jun 16, 2021
Consuewella Q. Dotson, daughter of the late Isaac Leroy Dotson Jr. and Roberta Dotson was born August 11, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she graduated from South Philadelphia High School. She departed this life on June 16, 2021. Consuewella never married, but gave life to three children, whom she deeply loved. Consue, as we affectionately called her, had two daughters who preceded her in death, Katricia Juanette Dotson (Tree-Tree) and Zanetta Dotson. She has one son, Lionell Dotson Sr. who blessed her to be the grandmother of four grandchildren, Trenee, Lionell Jr., Arieanna and Chyanne. Consuewella, at times had a rough exterior, but had a huge warm heart. If you were looking for Consue, you could find her at one of her pastimes. Her favorites were playing Bingo, Pinochle, at the casinos or just sitting back relaxing while listening to the oldies. Consuewella developed many close relationships in her lifetime. She had too many friends to mention by name, but one of her besties, a friend of 50 years was Sissy, who was there for conversation, laughter or to just lend an ear. Consue spent the last 23 years with her life love, Frank, who could always be found by her side. Consuewella leaves behind to cherish her memory: her one and only son, Lionell Dotson Sr. and his wife, Trenee Dotson; her one and only brother, Isaac Dotson III and his wife, Leslie Dotson; two sisters, Zelma A. Dotson (Zel) and Olithia Tillman (Lit); and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
