The Obituary ANDRE was born November 9, 1964 to the late Herbert Cohen and Virginia Gladys Sawyer. Andre received his education through the Philadelphia public school system. In his early years Andre met his childhood sweetheart Marie Brown and conceived a son Shareef I. Brown. He later met Phillippia Goodman from that union came Tameira Goodman Giddings. He later met and married Virginia Reese Sawyer. Andre worked for many years in the seafood industry. He was a professional in his field. He was fun, loving and lived his life by his own rules. His favorite saying was "I love you in my bones". Andre would give his shirt off his back. He had this angelic smile. He loved cooking on and off the grill. He walked with a swag. Andre had strength in his conviction. Andre was preceded in death by his son, Shareef I. Brown. He leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter, Tameira Goodman Giddings; a son-in-law, Derrick Giddings; five brothers, Albert (Joyce), Anthony (Gwen), Aaron (Michelle), Alton (Michelle) and Alphonso (Shawn); four sisters, Audrey (Gregory), Constance (Billy), Litrell who preceded him in death and Crystal; six grandchildren, Kyleek, Kylo, Ko'r, Jamir and Christina; two stepdaughters, Shanta and Angel; two step grands, Khaliah and Assylah. His favorites were Eddie White, who preceded him in death and his nephew, Kyleem Watson.
